Treat your kids to a Priceless® Experience that’s equal parts fun, educational, and delicious with a special pizza-making class with Coppa's Executive Chef. This enlightening two-hour class for children ages 4-13 will be held at Coppa—Ken Oringer and business partner Jamie Bissonnette’s intimate enoteca in Boston’s South End—and will teach them everything they need to know to make their favorite Italian specialty.
The class begins as the chef walks the kids through each step of the process, from rolling out the dough and adding the sauce through cooking the pizza to perfection. Then, the kids will let their culinary creativity run wild as they assemble their own pizzas using a variety of fresh ingredients before the pizzas are put in the wood-fired oven. When the pizzas come out a few minutes later, it’s lunchtime, as the kids share their masterworks with their parents in the restaurant’s stylishly rustic dining room. Parents even get to enjoy a glass of wine as they savor pizzas proudly made by their favorite junior chefs.
