Our beverage menu changes continuously as well to feature as many small producer, natural, and
minimal intervention wine producers as possible, while serving seasonal beer and cocktails as well!

When did you start at JK Food Group? I started as a line cook at Little Donkey in 2019, and also worked at Toro before I came to Coppa
What is your favorite menu item at Coppa? The grinder. I've literally eaten hundreds of them. I used to come to Coppa for lunch before work at my other restaurant jobs solely for the Italian grinder.
What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work? Trying new restaurants, traveling and going to metal/hardcore shows
